Organization: Mi Casa, Inc.

Project: In partnership with Manna House and LISC DC, Mi Casa, Inc. developed two new energy-efficient single-family homes in the Anacostia neighborhood. Each home was sold to a first-time homebuyer at a deeply affordable price. I worked with the communications manager at Mi Casa to capture the story of each family as they closed on their homes and prepared to move in, translating them into bite-sized digital stories to share with funders who might support future projects.
